Digital org
What is a digital org?
A digital org is a living, machine-readable map of how your company works: people, roles, workflows, systems, documents and rules. Both people and AI agents use it to find their way around.
Why it matters
Agents can’t ask a colleague in the hallway. A digital org gives them, and new hires, the same picture of who owns what and how work really flows, and it stays current as the work changes.
Example
An agent preparing the board pack looks up which workbook holds the quarter-end figures, who signs off on the narrative, and which numbers need the CFO’s review.
