This policy explains what Nolli Convergence Inc. (“Nolli”, “we”) collects through this website and through the Nolli product, and how we use it. If anything is unclear, email us at founders@nolli.ai.
This website
When you request a demo, we receive your name, title, company, work email, what you want to do and how you heard about us. The form sends them to the founders by email so we can reply. We use them only to talk with you about Nolli.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site. We also use IP addresses for a short time to stop form spam.
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to learn how people use this site: the pages they view, the buttons they click and how fast pages load. It runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it does not record your screen.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell your information.
The Nolli product
When your company uses Nolli, your company is in charge of its data. We process that data for your company and only on its instructions.
What Nolli learns from
- The work done on company devices, in the apps your company’s admin allows: which app and screen is in use, the steps of a task and the text that matters to it.
- The email and calendar your company’s admin connects.
- The logs of the AI agents people use, such as Claude Code and Codex.
What stays out
Passwords, password managers, and login, checkout and billing pages are kept out. Keys, card numbers and ID numbers are removed before any AI model sees the work.
What your company decides
Your company’s admin decides where Nolli keeps its data, which AI models and keys it uses, which systems and documents it may read, and how long it keeps what it learns.
Seeing and deleting what Nolli learned
Your company’s admin can see what Nolli learned, and correct, exclude, export or delete it. Each person can see their own work map.
How we use it
Only to provide Nolli to your company: to map how work happens, find where AI helps, measure results and run the agents your company approves. We don’t train, fine-tune or adapt general AI models on your company’s data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only as your company’s policy allows: with the AI model providers your company selects, and with service providers that help us run Nolli, under contract and only on our instructions. We don’t sell it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your company’s policy says. When your company asks us to delete its data, or when its contract ends, we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how it is used. If you contacted us through this website, email us. If you use Nolli through your employer, ask your company’s admin first; we’ll help your company respond.
Security
We limit who can access data, and Nolli keeps an audit trail of what its agents do and who approved it. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you or your company promptly.
Children
Nolli is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post changes here and update the date above. If a change is material, we’ll tell customers before it takes effect.
