Terms and conditions
Last updated
These terms govern your use of Nolli. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Nolli platform, its apps or its developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
Use of service and your organization’s policy
Nolli learns how work happens and helps people improve recurring workflows and build governed agents. You agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes within your organization:
- Company policy: Your organization deploys Nolli on its own devices and decides, through its admin settings, which work apps, systems and documents Nolli may learn from. Nolli learns only within that policy.
- Notice to your people: Your organization is responsible for giving its people any notice, and obtaining any permission, that the laws and agreements where they work require for the use of Nolli.
- No tampering: You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with Nolli’s privacy filters, redaction or audit trails.
- Prohibited actions: Any unauthorized reverse engineering, security probe, automated denial-of-service, or repurposing of Nolli software is strictly prohibited.
Core invariant: Nolli runs only where your organization deploys it and only within the policy your admin sets. Your admin can see, correct, exclude, export or delete what it learned.
Authority order and governed agency
Nolli is engineered around deterministic human-in-the-loop governance to guarantee safe, verifiable operations:
- Advisory and non-binding proposals: All proactive suggestions, autofill completions, deliverable summaries, and codifications generated by Nolli are non-binding proposals. They do not constitute autonomous actions until reviewed and accepted by a human operator.
- Hard denials in sensitive domains: Nolli explicitly prohibits autonomous execution in banking, financial disbursements, trading, credential management, and production cloud infrastructure without prior explicit human authorization.
- No self-verification: An executor or automated model may never independently verify its own side-effects. External mutations require verifiable, independent confirmation.
Account and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API tokens, and for the data your organization keeps under its Nolli data policy. Any activity performed through your credentials is considered your responsibility. You must notify Nolli immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or compromised credentials.
Data ownership and zero retraining
We believe your work context, source code, and institutional workflows belong solely to you:
- Customer ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all text, documents, workflow recordings, and proprietary assets processed by Nolli.
- Zero model training: Nolli does not train, fine-tune, or adapt generalized foundation models or shared machine learning weights on customer data.
- Your data policy: Your organization decides where Nolli keeps its data, which AI models and keys it uses, and how long it keeps what it learns.
Service changes and experimental features
We continuously improve Nolli. We reserve the right to update, modify, or deprecate features. For significant breaking changes to data storage, security boundaries, or APIs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nolli, its founders, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or operational disruptions arising out of or related to your use of the platform. All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
