What stands out

Four recurring workflows take about 7 hours of your week.

You are the only person who handles renewal exceptions.

Screen, email and agents

Three sources. One map.

The screen shows how the work is really done. Email and calendar show who works with whom, and when. AI agent logs show what people already hand to AI. Nolli joins all three, so the map shows the real process rather than the one on paper.

  • Work on company devices, under your policy
  • The email and calendar you connect
  • The logs of the AI agents people already use

The real process

Find the steps nobody wrote down.

Written procedures miss the extra checks, the side spreadsheets and the exceptions only one person handles. Nolli finds them, step by step, so you see where time goes, where work loops back and where it waits.

  • Every step, redo and wait, with its evidence
  • Where the time actually goes
  • The exceptions only one person knows how to handle

Continuous discovery

Always current. Down to the person.

Nolli keeps learning as the work changes, and shows each person’s expertise, apps, AI tools and skills, including the know-how that sits with only one person.

Always up to date.

Nolli keeps learning as work changes, so the map never goes stale like a one-off workshop.

Context

Context that travels with the work.

The request, the source and the decision stay together, so the next step, and the next person or agent, starts with the full picture.

Questions leaders ask

Good to know

Something we haven’t answered? Email the founders.

What is AI discovery?

AI discovery is the work of finding where AI belongs in a company: which workflows, which steps within them, and what each change is worth. Done well, it is based on how work actually happens, not on what people remember in a workshop. Nolli does it continuously, for every team.

Do we need to set up integrations?

Very little. Your IT team deploys Nolli to company devices, and your admin sets what it may learn from. Email and calendar connect in a few clicks, and Nolli reads the logs of the AI agents people already use.

How is Nolli different from process mining?

Process mining rebuilds a process from the event data in business systems. Nolli adds what people know and what the docs say, which is where the exceptions, workarounds and the reasons behind them live. It also covers work that never touches a system of record.

How does the map stay current?

Nolli keeps learning as the work changes, so the map never goes stale the way a one-off workshop or consulting deck does.

What is a digital org?

A digital org is a living, machine-readable map of how your company works: people, roles, workflows, systems, documents and rules. Both people and AI agents use it to find their way around.
