Agent experience (AX)
What is agent experience?
Agent experience (AX) is how easily AI agents can understand and work inside your company: finding the right information, knowing who owns what, and using tools safely. It is the agent counterpart of user experience.
Also called: AX
Why it matters
Agents fail most often for lack of context, not intelligence. A company with good agent experience has its workflows, owners, systems and rules written down where agents can find them.
Example
An agent asked to prepare a renewal forecast knows which workbook is the source of truth, who approves changes, and that anything moving the total by more than 5% goes to the lead.
