AI discovery
What is AI discovery?
AI discovery is the work of finding where AI belongs in a company: which workflows, which steps within them, and what each change is worth. Done well, it is based on how work actually happens, not on what people remember in a workshop.
Why it matters
Most AI programs stall because they start with tools instead of work. Discovery tells you which few workflows are worth changing, which steps to give to an agent, plain code or a person, and how to measure the result. When it runs continuously, it keeps up as the work changes.
Example
A discovery pass on a sales team finds that six people rebuild the same Monday revenue review by hand, and that four of its five steps need little judgment. That workflow goes to the top of the list.
