Agent inbox

What is an agent inbox?

An agent inbox is one place where people see and answer everything their background agents need from them: notifications, questions and actions waiting for approval.

Why it matters

As more agents run in the background, their requests get lost in chat channels. An inbox keeps every open request in one queue, with the evidence a person needs to decide quickly.

Example

Each morning, a finance lead opens the agent inbox and clears five items: two payment approvals, a question about a vendor and two notices that need no action.
