Observability
What is observability?
Observability is being able to see what AI agents and people are doing in live work: what each agent did and with which inputs, how well it performed, what it cost, and where a person stepped in.
Also called: Agent observability, AI observability
Why it matters
An agent that worked in testing can drift as data, prompts or models change. Observability catches that early and shows whether AI is still delivering what it promised.
Example
A dashboard shows that the revenue review agent’s decks were accepted 98% of the time last month, and that it asked the lead for help twice.
