Shadow mode
What is shadow mode?
Shadow mode means running an AI agent alongside the real work without letting it send or change anything, then comparing its output with what people actually did.
Why it matters
It shows how an agent performs on live work, including the awkward cases, before you give it any real responsibility.
Example
For four Mondays, an agent prepares the revenue review in the background. Its figures are compared with the team’s, and it goes live only after matching on 97% of them.
