Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope These Terms apply when you use Nolli's website, join the waitlist, or receive founder-assisted beta access. If a separate written agreement applies to a beta or design-partner engagement, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and authority You must be able to form a binding agreement and have authority to use Nolli on the devices, accounts, and work placed in scope. Nolli is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
3. Waitlist and beta access Joining the waitlist expresses interest. It does not guarantee acceptance, a launch date, product availability, a particular feature, or a price. Beta access is founder-assisted, may be limited to supported systems and use cases, and may change as Nolli learns.
4. Responsible use Do not use Nolli for covert employee surveillance, unlawful monitoring, credential collection, harmful automation, or activity that violates another person's rights. You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, and consents required for the work you place in scope.
5. Your information and work You retain your rights in your information, work, and permitted work evidence. You give Nolli the limited permission needed to process that material to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Nolli will not publish an identifiable workflow or customer story without separate permission.
6. Nolli materials and feedback Nolli and its licensors retain rights in the software, designs, documentation, models, methods, and other Nolli materials. If you provide feedback, you allow Nolli to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
7. AI output and human review Nolli may surface hypotheses, suggestions, workflow drafts, or agent-folder drafts. These can be incomplete or wrong. Observed confidence is not permission to act. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining required approvals before relying on them or allowing any action to run.
8. Fees and third-party services Joining the waitlist does not create a charge. Any paid founding engagement, scope, and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins. Third-party products or model services may have their own terms, and Nolli is not responsible for services it does not control.
9. Early-access limits and liability The beta may change, contain defects, or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided as is and as available without implied warranties. Nolli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, Nolli's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Nolli in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension, termination, and changes You may stop using Nolli at any time. Nolli may suspend or end access to protect users or the service, address misuse, or close a beta program. Nolli may update these Terms as the product changes; the updated date will appear above, and material changes will be stated plainly.
