1. Scope This Privacy Policy explains how Nolli handles information on this website and in the founder-assisted beta. It does not cover third-party products or websites that Nolli links to.

2. Website and contact information When you join the waitlist or contact Nolli, you may provide your name, email address, company, and details about the work you want to understand or improve. A submission may also include the referring page and campaign information needed to understand how you found Nolli.

3. Product work evidence The founding product is local-first. Permitted logs, transcripts, browser semantics, and screen text are processed and stored on the user's device. You choose the Mac and Chrome surfaces that are allowed. Capture is overt and consented.

4. Sensitive data and excluded capture Nolli is designed to exclude or redact credentials, authorization values, payment-card data, bank identifiers, and other prohibited sensitive fields at the capture and ingest boundaries. Nolli does not install a system-wide keyboard hook, operate as a keylogger, or continuously upload screen video to a cloud dashboard.

5. How Nolli uses information Nolli uses information to respond to inquiries, evaluate beta fit, provide and support the product, investigate reliability or security issues, and improve the product. Nolli does not sell personal information.

6. Model and hosted-service boundary When model interpretation is enabled, Nolli is designed to redact prohibited sensitive fields before relevant text leaves the device. The current founding product does not provide a live hosted team dashboard for raw screens or transcripts. If those boundaries change, this policy will be updated before the capability is made public.

7. Sharing Nolli may use service providers needed to operate the website, forms, communications, and beta. Nolli may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Nolli, or others. Nolli does not publish an identifiable customer workflow or story without separate permission.

8. Retention and deletion Nolli keeps website and contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of information Nolli controls. Product work evidence is also subject to the local retention controls and any separate founding-partner agreement.

9. Your choices, security, and children Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Nolli uses reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Nolli is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
